Hi, my name is Paul, APM was established by me in 1993 & previous to this I trained as a Bosch engineer. We are a family run business specialising in Bosch, Neff & Siemens washing machine & dishwasher repairs & all makes of electric cooker & electric oven repairs.
We cover all areas of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex & East & North London.
We always, try, where possible, to offer a same day service. We give free estimates & free fault diagnosis. We will also beat any other proven quote. Most repairs can be completed on the first visit, as our vans carry a huge stock and we have spare part contracts with most leading manufacturers. Phone quotations & advice are welcomed.

Electric and Oven Repair – Element
Highly recommend APM and their services, very fast, and reliable. Paul came over on time to replace the Element of my electric oven, as there was no heat. I was quoted a reasonable price when compared to the other companies around East London with 1 years guarantee also. It took about 10-20 mins to replace the element, and was all done. Will definitely use APM again.
Bosch Washing Machine Repair
Excellent service – phoned Monday arrived Tuesday Quick and efficient – arrived 10.15am, diagnosed problem, carried spare parts, repaired and tested machine, left 11.15am No call out charge, free estimate, very reasonable prices for both parts and work done A job well done, will definitely use again and recommend.
Oven Repair
Great service, efficient, reliable and affordable. Called Paul in the morning and he came at the time he said he would and fixed the cooker by mid-afternoon. Analysed the problem quickly and fixed the broken element in the cooker. All done in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend Paul. Good local trades-person to rely on.
